Peace for our time is a musical journey through the history of European peace. It centers on the questions of conscience of three figures who chose peace, but also made a mistake in doing so. Former British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, shaking hands with Hitler while uttering the famous words "I believe it is peace for our time. Émile Arnaud, one of the founders of pacifism, who volunteered to join the army in World War I. Andrii Kobaliya, a young journalist who trades in his pen for a kalashnikov after the Russians invade Ukraine.
After their successful performances The Master and Margarita and ILIAS, KONVOOI presents Peace for our time as a theatrical concert. In the spirit of Neville, Émile and Andrii, with their own set of battle songs - ranging from classical and jazz to poppy protest songs - they will stand for peace one more time by singing its praises.
