The magician Herr Drosselmeyer must save his nephew. Hans-Peter has been turned into a Nutcracker and can only be freed if the Nutcracker defeats the Mouse King and finds a girl who loves and cares for him. A glimmer of hope appears in the form of young Clara, whom Drosselmeyer meets at the Christmas party. With a touch of magic, a cozy holiday gathering turns into a grand adventure.
