Leaving Las Vegas (30th Anniversary)

Mike Figgis
RELEASE Thu 25 Jun

The iconic film for which Nicolas Cage won an Oscar and Elisabeth Shue received a nomination. Now back on the big screen for the 30th anniversary and fully restored in 4K quality.

Screenwriter Ben is an alcoholic with no future and no friends. After his wife leaves him and he is fired from the Hollywood studio where he worked, Ben heads to Las Vegas, the only city where the bars never close. During his nocturnal wanderings, he meets Sera, a young sex worker with her fair share of scars. Both adrift, they fall in love, and a shaky bond forms between two people who are both broken in their own way.
