RELEASE Thu 2 Jul

On the pavement outside a supermarket lives Gohan, a young white dog with a pink nose. When a retired Japanese man takes him in and gives him a home for the first time, Gohan begins a journey through many different lives. He later ends up in a dubious shelter, where a young woman on the run protects him, and teaches a student what true love really means.

Three owners, three stages of life, and one dog who changes everyone forever without saying a word. Told with the warmth, humour and emotion of How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies, the Thai hit from the same creators. Inspired by the true story of Hima, the rescue dog who plays the older Gohan and was adopted off the streets by the film’s director.
