Based on a true story. Michal and Zuska live with their young daughter Dominika in a quiet suburb. Michal has a successful career, but the pressure at work continues to mount. One morning, he sets off to take Dominika to nursery before throwing himself into a hectic working day. When his wife calls him later, it becomes clear that something devastating has happened.
During the trial that follows, the focus turns to a phenomenon known as Forgotten Baby Syndrome, a form of temporary memory loss that can occur under extreme stress. As Michal tries to understand what happened, his relationship and his future also come under immense strain.
