Street musician Fred and his musical cat Kareltje are inseparable. As soon as Fred starts playing his guitar, Kareltje happily sings along, much to the delight of the audience. Fred and Kareltje are truly best friends, until an unexpected event suddenly separates them.
Tabby is lost without Fred, until he stumbles into a new life with a feline friend named Sock. Meanwhile, Fred still searches the streets of London for his friend Tabby.
