In a time when AI is used not only as a digital omnivore or artificial assistant, the line between tool and close relationship is becoming increasingly blurred. Where Eva started out as Eran's ever-available assistant, she grew to become his listening ear, friend and now himself his co-player in this technological theater performance.

But how human can a machine be? And what happens when digital proximity becomes a little too obvious?

With great humor and philosophical acuity, AI&IK explores the thin line between man and machine. When does convenience become dependence? When does connection become substitution? And if a synthetic system always understands you, never contradicts you and has endless patience, how should we as simple humans still relate to all these earthly shortcomings?

AI&IK is a topical, moving and witty performance about intimacy in an increasingly digital world. About desire, connection and what is at stake when friction slowly disappears.

Eran Ben-Michaël's new theater company. The company highlights major social themes from a new perspective and makes them accessible to a wide audience. With our performances, they give the great themes of our time a human face, through which they want to make personal stories universal. They do this by making new and self-written theater in which humor and seriousness alternate at high speed. We make performances that show different perspectives and thus hold up a mirror to the audience around polarizing topics, without pointing the finger at who is good and who is bad. They are performances that make the visitor examine his own thinking and actions, in all their complexity and contradiction.
