We cook with care. Fresh, seasonal ingredients, surprising flavours and a menu that moves with the moment. Lunch during the day, dinner your way in the evening, and always room for a drink.
No ticket needed. Come by and stay a while. You’re welcome every day from 11:00.

Dies’ Kitchen
Head chef Dies Wouters brings energy and curiosity to the kitchen. He works with fresh, seasonal ingredients and takes inspiration from what he encounters along the way. The result is an approachable menu with unexpected combinations, where flavour and balance are key and vegetarian options feel like a natural choice.
Dishes for every moment, whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or settling in for a long evening at the table.
