Give the Gift of Natlab
Whether you’re drawn to great films, good conversations at the bar, or that quiet bit of magic when the two come together, a Natlab gift card is always a good idea. You can use it for our film screenings as well as in our café and restaurant. Choose any amount between 1 and 100 euros and decide how you want to give it. You can order our gift card in two ways:
At the ticket and information desk
Drop by Natlab. You’ll receive a beautifully designed card and envelope, ready to gift.
Order online
Prefer to arrange it from home? Order your gift card online. You’ll receive a digital code you can print or add to your own card.
Wherever you get it, you’re giving someone a film night, a moment at the bar, a conversation that sticks, or simply a reason to come by again.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR GIFT CARD
REDEEM ONLINE (FILM TICKET)
- Choose the programme for which you want to buy tickets
- Select the regular film price
- Choose your preferred seat (if available)
- At Payment: Click the “Natlab Gift Card” button and enter your code
- If the balance is not sufficient, you can pay the remaining amount with iDeal or credit card.
Once your order is completed, your tickets will be emailed to you and you’re all set for your visit to Natlab.
REDEEM AT NATLAB (FILM TICKET)
You can also redeem your gift card at the bar in our entrance hall.
- Choose the film you want to see and let our colleague know that you want to pay by gift card.
- Our colleague will scan your gift card and print your film tickets. If there is not enough money on your gift card, we will ask you to pay the remaining amount by card.
TIP: order your tickets online, so you can make sure there are still tickets available, and even more important: you get to choose your own seat!
REDEEM AT NATLAB (DRINKS)
Please let us know that you want to (partially) pay by gift card before you order. At checkout, our colleague will ask for your gift card and scan the code behind the bar. If there is not enough money on your gift card, we will ask your to pay the remaing amount by card.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The gift card can only be used to buy film tickets or food / drinks in our cafe or restaurant.
- Tickets for some theater shows or other special programs cannot be paid for with a gift card.
- The gift card is not refundable or exchangeable for money.
- The gift card is valid for two years from the date of purchase. You can find the expiry date on your card.
