Vacancy: Floor Manager Hospitality (24–28 hours) at Natlab

Natlab is anything but a standard hospitality venue. You’ll be working in the middle of a creative hotspot with cinemas, events, exhibitions, and a lively café-restaurant. No two days are the same: and that’s exactly what makes it exciting. We’re looking for a Floor Manager who thrives on responsibility, takes initiative, and wants to help build an innovative hospitality concept with us.
What you’ll do
As a Floor Manager, you’re in charge during your shift. You make sure everything runs smoothly: from the atmosphere on the floor to teamwork behind the scenes.
- You lead the service team and actively work alongside them
- You keep an overview, even during busy moments
- You ensure guests feel welcome and want to return
- You think along about how to improve things every day
- You work a mix of day and evening shifts, so flexibility is key

Who we’re looking for
- You have experience in hospitality and are ready for the next step
- You enjoy taking the lead (or want to grow into it)
- You’re social, energetic, and solution-oriented
- You understand that hospitality goes beyond just service
What you’ll get
- 24 to 28 hours per week (spread over 3–4 days)
- Salary according to the Dutch Collective Labour Agreement for Theatres (€2,421 – €3,291 depending on experience)
