Korte Golf is the curious talk show about everything that moves Eindhoven. Every month, host Oscar Kocken invites high-profile guests: people with new ideas, inspiring stories, and fresh perspectives on the city. Expect surprising encounters, live music, an Ode to Eindhoven, and the quirky Korte Golf Quiz.
In this edition, Mei Li Vos joins as co-host. She is a political scientist, deputy party leader for GroenLinks-PvdA in the Senate, and a lateral entrant into primary education. She shares her vision of social and fair politics for everyone. Tanja Mlaker, director of Stichting Cultuur Eindhoven, talks about opportunities for artists and all Eindhoven residents, and about the Eindhoven Culture Awards, which will be presented on October 8. Najat Toub-Arssi talks about the project ‘Learning Together in Diversity’ and her desire for more color in the classroom and equal opportunities for all children.
Live music will be provided by singer-songwriter Remme, who commutes between Eindhoven and Berlin to write and record songs. His music is inspired by artists such as Fleetwood Mac and Jeff Buckley, and during Korte Golf he will play a number of songs live. ZALM, the new one-man band from the city, will perform an Ode to Eindhoven, as he himself says: for everything and against everything.
Will we see you on October 1?
