Quiet Anne (Sarah-Jane Potts) is going through a depressive period in her life. She therefore books a cheap vacation to the sunny Spanish island of Lanzarote. While seeking peace and quiet, she almost immediately finds herself in a dangerous situation. She meets another solo traveler, Bill (David Ganly), who comes up with a solution. Whereas Anne finds it difficult to express herself, Bill is cut from a completely different cloth. He shares everything with great ease. The intriguing dynamic between the quiet woman and the loud man forms the heart of this subtle, mildly comical drama.
