In the film, the Dalai Lama addresses the viewer directly and speaks about finding inner peace and universal happiness. Using moving archive footage, he reflects on his childhood, upbringing, and his flight from Tibet to escape the Chinese occupation. He invites you to take a deep breath, look within, and explore the age-old concept of mindfulness for a better world.
The documentary, directed by Barbara Miller and Philip Delaquis, had its world premiere at last year's Zurich Film Festival. Richard Gere is one of the producers.
