Amélie Poulain works as a waitress in the Montmartre district of Paris and enjoys observing others, all the while remaining in her own world of fantasy. She then discovers a new purpose in life: to solve the problems of those around her. Before the film begins, Alliance Française Eindhoven will provide a brief introduction.
