TERMS AND CONDITIONS & HOUSE RULES
NATLAB IS OPEN AGAIN FROM 27 JANUARY 10:00!
We can watch (new) films again, attend surprising and interesting specials, enjoy good food and have a freshly and professionally made coffee again.
Of course, there's still some measures we have to take into account, you can read them below, but those have already become a routine - so let's focus on the nice things!
MEASURES AGAINST COVID
COVID-19 ENTRY PASS + 1,5 METER + MASKS
When you visit Natlab you wear a mask and always keep a distance of 1.5 meters between yourself and other visitors. You may take off your mask when seated.
Natlab and all other cultural organisations have to work with coronavirus entry passes. When entering Natlab, we will always scan your coronavirus entry pass first. You can get an entry pass based on proof of full vaccination, proof of recovery from COVID-19 or on a negative result of a coronatest that has been taken within 24 hours before an event or screening starts. Via the CoronaCheck-app, you'll receive a QR-code. A printed version of your entry pass is also fine, which you can get via coronacheck.nl. And make sure to also bring your ID or passport.
Children younger than 12 don't need an entry pass.
If your coronavirus entry pass is not approved when scanned, we unfortunately cannot let you visit. We do completely understand that might be a bummer, but unfortunately cannot make exceptions. You will receive a refund for your ticket, of course.
Please read the Government's website page on contemporary measures and the coronavirus entry pass.
Both our staff and visitors have to get used to working with the coronavirus entry passes, so it might take a bit longer than usual until you're seated. Please make sure to be on time, a little earlier than you would usually be, to make sure no one ends up stressed out. Luckily, there's always a good vibe at Natlab, so that's certainly no punishment.
And of course we make sure to ensure a continuous supply of fresh air in our spaces. It won't get much safer.
OTHER MEASURES DUE TO COVID-19
You might know the rules by heart by now, but in case you don't or if you're not sure what the last measures are: we'll help you. We monitor and adapt this page whenever needed. Please take a look here every time you are going to visit Natlab.
> Stay at home if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (cancelling your ticket with refund is possible, see below).
> Stay at home when a roommate has been diagnosed with COVID-19 (cancelling your ticket with refund is possible, see below).
> Sneeze and cough in the crook of your arm.
> Use paper tissues and throw them away after use.
> Buy your ticket online.
> Or buy your ticket at Natlab on the day of your visit, you can only pay by card.
DURING YOUR VISIT
> We feel responsible for all our visitors. Please listen to requests, questions and directions of our team, so we can guarantee everyone's safety.
> You can find the number of your row and seat on your film ticket. Please pick that seat.
> You cannot enter the screening room when a film has already started.
WHAT ABOUT THE RESTAURANT?
> Take a look at this page to make a reservation for a table or read our menu. We also take walk-ins, whenever we have tables available.
Natlab is equipped with a supply and exhaust climate control system that is built on 100 % on outside air. This supply system also has a micro filter that absorbs dust.
WHEN YOU'RE BACK HOME
We're hoping you had a good time at Natlab and are happy to hear about your experience! You can always contact us for questions or remarks about your visit via email@example.com. Compliments cheer us up and we will learn from advice.
Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
THIS WAY, VISITING NATLAB IS ENJOYABLE FOR EVERYONE!
BE ON TIME
If you go to see a film, show or do another activity, you'll want to fully go with the flow. Latecomers can disturb visitors who arrived on time, so we do not allow entry into a screening room when the film, show or activity has already started.
PHONE ON SILENT
Do not forget to switch off your phone before the start of the film or performance, so that you do not disturb others.
You can cancel your tickets up to 24 hours before the screening or programme starts. Send an e-mail to email@example.com with your tickets attached.
If you have COVID-19 symptoms, you can also cancel your tickets on a shorter term. If possible, please let us know you're not coming before the film starts. If you let us know later, we can unfortunately not give you a refund.
Only if a film or performance does not proceed as announced can a replacement film or performance or refund be offered.
According to the law, young people under the age of 16 are not allowed to access a feature film with the age limit of 16, even when accompanied by an adult. ID may be requested. For films with the other age limits, children under the age limit are only admitted if accompanied by an adult.
FOOD AND DRINKS
It is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. Get a nice drink or food at our cafe and bring it into the screening room. Do not hinder fellow visitors and avoid rattling cups.
Take glasses, wrappers and cups with you after the film ends. This way the room remains clean for the next visitor and you can expect to be in a tidy place as well.
NO IMAGE AND SOUND RECORDINGS
Visitors are not allowed to take photos, film or make sound recordings during a film or performance, unless prior permission has been given by Natlab's communication department.
Natlab itself regularly takes photos of activities and programs. For reporting and to share on our own communication channels.
PIN ONLY AT OUR RECEPTION
Buy your film ticket online! At Natlab, you can only pay by card. Sometimes there is some confusion about the (mandatory) acceptance of cash. The law says that bills and coins, like debit cards, are legal means of payment. However, it is not an obligation to accept all means of payment as long as we clearly indicate this.
The General Visitor Conditions of the VSCD apply at Natlab.
