EXTRA MEASURES DUE TO COVID-19
NATLAB IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED
On 14 December, our government announced another lockdown. That, amongst others, means the closure of all cinemas and theatres, including Natlab. We will keep our heads up and believe that we will be able to welcome you with open arms (and some distance of course) soon.
Far from the eyes, but close to the heart! We love to stay in touch with you via our social media (Facebook and Instagram) and keep you posted on when you will be allowed to watch films with us again. We're looking forward to that! In the meantime, you can still see terrific arthouse movies via PICL and Cineville.
Our kitchen team will keep working their asses off to make sure that you can enjoy our delicious meals during the holidays. Take a look at our take away menu!
EXTRA MEASURES DUE TO COVID-19
WHEN NATLAB IS OPEN...
We still have to follow the rules that have been set by the government. Listen to requests and assignments of our team, so a visit to Natlab will be fun for everyone.
You might know the rules by heart by now, but in case you don't or if you're not sure what the last measures are: we'll help you. We monitor and adapt this page whenever needed. Please take a look here before you visit Natlab.
> Stay at home if you have any symptoms of COVID-19.
> Stay at home when a roommate has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
> Sneeze and cough in the crook of your arm.
> Use paper tissues and throw them away after use.
PLEASE WEAR A MASK
Let's make sure COVID-19 does not get a chance to infect anyone at Natlab. Wearing a mask helps us to do that. Since October 13, the former governmental advice to wear a mask in public buildings has been changed into an obligation. That means you have to wear a mask when visiting us. Only when you're seated in a screening room, you can take it off. No foggy glasses, no hidden smiles. You can still have a good time!
> Buy your ticket online. We do not sell tickets at Natlab or via telephone at the moment.
> Do you have a Cineville or Natlab pass? Order your tickets via our website and fill in your Cineville pass number or the code we sent you via e-mail if you have a Natlab pass. Make sure you can show your pass when we check your ticket - if not, we cannot let you in.
> Don't wait to long to buy your ticket. Only a very limited number of visitors is allowed in the cinema rooms, so screenings will be sold out before you know it.
> You can cancel your tickets up to 24 hours before the screening or programme starts. Send an e-mail to email@example.com with your tickets attached.
> If you have COVID-19 symptoms, you can also cancel your tickets on a shorter term. If possible, please let us know you're not coming before the film starts. If you let us know later, we can unfortunately not give you a refund.
DURING YOUR VISIT
> We feel responsible for all our visitors. Please listen to requests, questions and assignments of our team, so we can guarantee everyone's safety.
> Keep a 1,5 meter distance from other visitors and our employees at all times.
> Be on time, but not too early. We don't have spaces where you can wait until the screening room opens.
> Keep a distance in the hallways and in the cinema room. You'll find your row and seat on your ticket, pick that seat, then we promise you a safe distance.
> You cannot enter the room when a film has already started.
> Please visit the toilet before and after the film screening. Toilets on the first floor are open for visitors of rooms 1, 2, the Auditorium and Podiumzaal. Toilets on the ground floor are open for visitors of rooms 3 and 4.
> Follow our fixed route through the building to make sure everyone can move around safely.
WHAT ABOUT THE RESTAURANT?
> Our restaurant is closed since October 15. But at the bar in the hall you can order some drinkes you can take along.
> We do have Take Away now though! Take a look at this page to find out more.
> We hope to be able to open our the restaurant soon. Everyone will be welcome to visit, but we will still have to take the limited number of visitors allowed into account.
Our cinema rooms are cleaned before and after every screening. Tables and chairs in the restaurant are cleaned after every visit. Banisters and toilets are taken care of multiple times a day.
Natlab is equipped with a supply and exhaust climate control system that is built on 100 % on outside air. Besides, the supply system has a micro filter that absorbs dust.
WHEN YOU'RE BACK HOME
We're hoping you had a good time at Natlab and are happy to hear about your experience! You can always contact us for questions or remarks about your visit via firstname.lastname@example.org. Compliments cheer us up and we will learn from advice.
Please send an e-mail to email@example.com. You cannot make a reservation for a film, we only sell tickets online.
THIS WAY, VISITING NATLAB IS ENJOYABLE FOR EVERYONE!
BE ON TIME
If you go to see a film, show or do another activity, you'll want to fully go with the flow. Latecomers can disturb visitors who arrived on time, so we do not allow entry into a screening room when the film, show or activity has already started.
PHONE ON SILENT
Do not forget to switch off your phone before the start of the film or performance, so that you do not disturb others.
You cannot cancel purchased tickets. Online purchases are final once the payment order has been issued. You immediately benefit from the reserved place, so reflection time does not apply. The card can no longer be sold to another person.
Only if a film or performance does not proceed as announced can a replacement film or performance or refund be offered.
According to the law, young people under the age of 16 are not allowed to access a feature film with the age limit of 16, even when accompanied by an adult. ID may be requested. For films with the other age limits, children under the age limit are only admitted if accompanied by an adult.
FOOD AND DRINKS
It is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. Get a nice drink or food at our cafe and bring it into the screening room. Do not hinder fellow visitors and avoid rattling cups.
Take glasses, papers and cups with you after the film ends. This way the room remains clean for the next visitor and you can expect to be in a tidy place as well.
NO IMAGE AND SOUND RECORDINGS
Visitors are not allowed to take photos, film or make sound recordings during a film or performance, unless prior permission has been given by Natlab's communication department.
Natlab itself regularly takes photos of activities and programs. For reporting and to share on our own communication channels.
PIN ONLY AT OUR RECEPTION
For films, specials and other activities, you can only pay with your card and no longer with cash. In our cafe and restaurant you can pay with your card or cash. Sometimes there is some confusion about the (mandatory) acceptance of cash. The law says that bills and coins, like debit cards, are legal means of payment. However, it is not an obligation to accept all means of payment as long as we clearly indicate this.
The General Visitor Conditions of the VSCD apply at Natlab.
