HR Advisor

A head for numbers and a heart for people?

Are you good with people and numbers? Do you enjoy working in a structured way, keeping track of everything and speaking up when you think something could be done more efficiently or effectively? Then we are looking for you.

Natlab is evolving. With around 50 employees, we are looking for an HR adviser who will keep our HR operations running smoothly and help us find ways to improve.

20–24 hours per week

What will you do?

You will be the point of contact for employees, team leaders and senior management. Your role will cover a wide range of responsibilities, from administration and sickness absence to advice and organisational development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• HR and payroll administration;
• contracts, changes to employment details and personnel records;
• sickness absence and return-to-work support;
• questions about terms of employment and the collective labour agreement;
• recruitment, selection and onboarding;
• advising team leaders and senior management;
• HR data, staffing costs and staffing levels;
• improving and digitising HR processes.

We use systems including Loket and Nostradamus. Experience with these is a plus, but we place greater importance on your digital skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Who are you? 

You have a bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field and around three years of relevant work experience.

You are someone who:

• works accurately and methodically;
• is comfortable with numbers and Excel;
• enjoys taking ownership and getting things done;
• keeps track of the bigger picture when many things are happening at once;
• is approachable for employees;
• has the confidence to offer independent advice;
• does not automatically say ‘yes’ to everything;
• is curious about how processes could work better.

Experience in the cultural sector, hospitality, retail or another dynamic organisation is welcome, but not essential.
