Discover the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) through the lens of film. This evening starts with an inspiring masterclass given by AI critic Danny Bloks, via Fontys ICT, which looks at the (un)intended influence of AI on our daily lives. After the masterclass we will screen HER by Spike Jonze. A universal love story in which Theodore (Joaquin Phoenix) falls in love with his new computer.

The masterclass will be Dutch spoken.

DANNY BLOKS

Danny Bloks is both an AI enthusiast and AI critic. He collaborates daily with students from Fontys ICT on the latest developments in AI and challenges everyone to critically examine applications and to try to contribute something good to the world with AI.

MASTERCLASS

Unintended or invisible consequences of AI: AI has been influencing aspects of our daily lives for quite some time, often without us being very aware of it. As this influence will only continue to grow, we must become more conscious of it. Will we become Data-Driven or return to being Human-Driven?
