A great movie night, a good conversation at the bar, or simply a reason to drop by again.
Gift cards are available at our front desk. You'll receive a beautifully designed card with an envelope, ready to give.
You choose the amount: anything from 1 to 100 euros.
Just stop by and make someone happy.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR GIFT CARD
REDEEM ONLINE (FILM TICKET)
> Choose the film you want to come and see
> Select a regular film ticket
> Fill in your details (name, surname, and e-mail address)
> Check your order
> When you reach the box 'BETAALMETHODE' you choose "gebruik waardebon" and fill in the code on your gift card. Your total amount in the payment screen will be updated automatically, as will the amount on your gift card.
> If there is not enough money on your gift card, you will be asked to pay the remaining amount.
When you have completed your order, you will receive the tickets by e-mail. You are ready for your visit now.
REDEEM AT NATLAB (FILM TICKET)
You can also redeem your gift card at the bar in our entrance hall.
> Choose the film you want to see and let our colleague know that you want to pay by gift card.
> Our colleague will scan your gift card and print your film tickets. If there is not enough money on your gift card, we will ask you to pay the remaining amount by card.
TIP: order your tickets online, so you can make sure there are still tickets available, and even more important: you get to choose your own seat!
REDEEM AT NATLAB (DRINKS)
Please let us know that you want to (partially) pay by gift card before you order. At checkout, our colleague will ask for your gift card and scan the code behind the bar. If there is not enough money on your gift card, we will ask your to pay the remaing amount by card.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
> The gift card can only be used to buy film tickets or food / drinks in our cafe or restaurant.
> Tickets for some theater shows or other special programs cannot be paid for with a gift card.
> The gift card is not refundable or exchangeable for money.
> The gift card is valid for two years from the date of purchase. You can find the expiry date on your card.
