Damiano Michieletto's vibrant new production captures all the passion and glow of Bizet's score, featuring the well-known sensual Habanera of Carmen and the exciting song of the Toreador. Antonello Manacorda conducts a fantastic international cast, with Aigul Akhmetshina in the title role.
