Supervising kitchen staff under the guidance of the hospitality coordinator; Contributing to the development of a brand new menu and concept for a dynamically growing organization; Playing a key role in shaping Natlab's new culinary concept; Having the opportunity to collaborate creatively within our kitchen team to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You'll motivate, coach, and supervise kitchen staff
  • You'll contribute to developing the new concept and menu in our restaurant
  • You'll be responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes and ensuring our guests are satisfied with their meals
  • You'll manage inventory and ensure it is well-stocked.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You're a true motivator and know how to inspire others from your coaching role to bring out the best in themselves
  • You have broad culinary knowledge and experience and are willing to continue developing it
  • You possess social and communicative skills; You're resilient to stress and have organizational talent, with efficient and effective planning and delegation playing a significant role.
  • You have an eye for detail.

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

  • You'll work a minimum of 24 to a maximum of 36 hours. You decide!
  • Salary according to the Dutch performing arts sector collective labor agreement (CAO), scale 6, ranging from €2,650 to €3,700
  • You'll receive irregularity allowance, travel expenses reimbursement from 10 km onwards, and a share in the tips jar
  • Free access to all films and other programs at Natlab
