We are currently looking for daily operations management in our service department!

DAILY SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

You'll be the leader on the floor, ensuring a pleasant and atmospheric day. Your mission is to warmly welcome and serve our guests at Natlab from arrival to departure. On your working days, you'll be the first point of contact for the team and other departments in the hospitality sector. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and adjusting the team's tasks. Of course, you'll also work in service.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You'll lead the team on the floor
  • You'll train and mentor service staff
  • You'll coordinate the activities of the hospitality team on your working day
  • You'll be responsible for opening and closing the venue, cash handling, and placing orders
  • You'll actively participate in operational tasks on the floor
  • You'll perform some administrative tasks weekly in the office, such as scheduling.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You bring out the best in your colleagues from a coaching role
  • You're guest-oriented and skilled in both bar and restaurant tasks
  • You're enthusiastic and a true team player
  • You hold certifications in social hygiene and first aid (BHV) or are willing to obtain them at our expense.

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

  • You'll work a minimum of 24 to a maximum of 36 hours. You decide!
  • Salary according to the Dutch performing arts sector collective labor agreement (CAO), scale 4, ranging from €2,250 to €3,080
  • You'll receive irregularity allowance, travel expenses reimbursement from 10 km onwards, and a share in the tips jar
  • Free access to all films and other programs at Natlab
