Joel and Clementine try to erase each other from their memories after a messy breakup.. but like, literally. Brains get scanned, memories get zapped, and suddenly we’re sprinting through Joel’s mind trying to save the last scraps of a relationship worth remembering.

It's packed with dreamlike sequences, Jim Carrey goes soft and sad, Kate Winslet goes neon and feral, and somehow it all makes perfect sense.
