Nina (12) lives with her father, an animation film director, and her little brother. Although she lost her mother at a young age, she wants nothing to do with people who show pity. She believes she’s perfectly fine on her own. Nina dreams of becoming a writer and reaches out to her neighbor Lidia, a real author struggling with writer’s block. Lidia agrees to help Nina in exchange for a little help in the garden.
