Hana is a medical student struggling with her body and binge eating. When she runs into an old childhood friend who has lost so much weight she is almost unrecognizable, Hana discovers the world of diet pills. She wants to impress Alanya, her crush and fitness instructor at the university gym, but she cannot afford the expensive pills. So, in secret, she develops her own extreme diet drug using human ashes. Her body begins to shrink, but before long she is haunted by a hungry spirit that grows as her waistline gets smaller. A gory and witty horror film about desire, control and the price of perfection.
