Fans of Canadian film master David Cronenberg (and in particular his body horrors from the 80s and 90s): wake up! This one's for you.

In a near, dystopian future, our DNA has increasingly adapted to an artifical and polluted environment, and we have discovered how to grow new organs in our bodies again and again. Performance artist Saul Tenser is using that new skill and subsequently removes his fresh organs during provocative shows. And then, he finds out about a new drug that will change his life.

"Crimes of the Future has plenty of provocative concepts and images that will put a grin on your face, addressed in the same slow, deliberate pace as Saul’s nocturnal shuffles around his unnamed home town, and pleasingly returning to the obsessions of Cronenberg's earlier films." - BBC
