While waiting for the visit of a commission that might grant his company an award, a charismatic factory owner feverishly tries to fix all the problems in the firm and with his employees, unconsciously setting an explosive chain reaction in motion that will have enormous consequences.

Blanco is an inspiring and charismatic factory owner that currently feels a lot of pressure, since he was selected for a local award for business excellence. To win it, everything in his scale producing family company must run smoothly. But Blanco's perfect picture becomes threatened when he has to face an employee that was fired and is now looking for revenge, a depressed supervisor, and an ambitious intern that seems to have fallen in love. To make sure he won't lose his chance to win the award and restore balance and peace in his company, the manipulative 'good boss' starts shamelessly interfering in the private lives of his staff and excesses almost every possible boundary, starting off an explosive chain reaction that will have enormous consequences.
