On October 30, 2015, an enormous fire destroys the night club Colectiv in Bucharest. The fire kills 27 people. 130 are wounded, of which more than 30 die in hospitals. But they do not only die from the consequences of the fire: research shows that bacterial infections are important causes of death. Film director Alexander Nanau talks to journalists of national papers, who discover that hospitals use strongly diluted desinfectant, to the Minister of Health and to the victims of a corrupt healthcare system. This explosive documentary exposes the corruption that effects all of Romania.
