Autumn is only 17 when she discovers that she is pregnant. She decides to have an abortus, but that turns out to be quite difficult in the rural Pennsylvania. This wonderful, realistic portrait won important awards at the Sundance and Berlin Film Festivals.

Two small, blue lines confirm what Autumn feared most: she is prenant. To be allowed to have an abortus, she needs parental approval - which she will never get. The only person she dares to tell about her secret and ask voor help is her cousin Skylar. Together, they decide to go to a clinic in New York, where they won't need Autumns parents. they are completely on their own during the following trip, but come closer together every step of the way. A heartbreaking film.
